This is to let you know how pleased we were with the service we received from Waterline Boats and in particular Patrick. It has been a few months since we completed the purchase of our Lord Nelson 49 Victory Tug and while the process had a couple of bumps due to the slow response of the boatyard it would have been worse had not Patrick intervened. In the end he made the process a pleasure and we were very happy to have him on our side. I know he technically represented the seller but you wouldn’t know it from his outstanding efforts on our behalf. His efforts will insure that we look up your company when we have the need of your services in the future. In addition, he went far beyond his duties on behalf of the sellers.
