Elling E3

EXTERIOR
The E3 sets new benchmarks for safety and luxury. Life at sea is unpredictable, but the Kevlar-reinforced hull of the E3 is prepared to face any challenge. Whether your dream is to circumnavigate the globe, explore the Pacific Northwest’s San Juan Islands, or embark on your dream of cruising the Great Loop, the E3 is the perfect vessel to make your dreams a reality.
ELLING E3
New Build for 2026 Delivery
Length: 45' | Beam: 14' | Minimum Air Draft: 12' | Draft: 4'
Fuel: 400 gal | Freshwater: 220 gal | Blackwater: 40 gal
The Elling E3 redefines what's possible in a compact, ocean-capable motor yacht—combining unmatched safety, exceptional efficiency, and true luxury for west coast cruisers.
Built with Kevlar reinforcement and certified to the rigorous CE Category A (Ocean) standard, this yacht is designed to protect you and your family in the most demanding conditions. Elling's reputation for safety gives you peace of mind on every adventure.
Performance at a range of speeds is where the E3 truly shines:
- At economical displacement speed (7.5 knots), it sips just 1 liter per nautical mile, delivering an impressive 1,500 nautical mile range on a full tank. That's more than enough for a direct run from Seattle to Ensenada, or for extended explorations to Alaska without constant refueling worries.
- Need more speed? In semi-displacement mode at 16 knots, consumption rises to 3.8 litres per nautical mile, still offering a solid 400 nm range—perfect for quicker hops between PNW harbors.
For added security on long voyages, opt for the auxiliary engine package: a completely independent system with its own fuel tank, batteries, rudder, and folding propeller. If you encounter fuel contamination, or a fouled prop, simply switch over and keep cruising.
Versatility is built in. The mast lowers at the touch of a switch for an air draft of less than 12 feet, letting you slip under low bridges, ideal for the Great Loop.
Comfort never takes a back seat. With double-glazed windows, central heating, and air conditioning options, the E3 keeps you comfortable year-round. The thoughtful Dutch design delivers a spacious, light-filled interior that feels much larger than its 45-foot length, with premium finishes and smart layout perfect for family or couples.
If you're seeking a proven, efficient, go-anywhere yacht that's right at home in the Pacific Northwest—whether it's weekend getaways to the San Juans, multi-month Alaska adventures, or beyond— the Elling E3 delivers it all with safety, economy, and luxury you can trust.
