This 1979 CHB is heavily built with a huge boat deck, an enclosed flybridge, desirable walk around decks — all while maintaining the sought-after interior space.
When entering the salon through the traditional teak double doors off the cockpit you are greeted with an abundance of open space, light from the many windows and warmth of the beautiful teak joinery. The salon is tastefully appointed with two free standing leather barrel chairs, a comfortable leather couch, a convertible end/bistro table and a nice entertainment center.
The galley consists of oodles of counter space, breakfast bar, stove, double sinks, microwave and refrigerator/freezer.
Just a few steps up and forward is the pilothouse which is also well-appointed with custom leather upholstered settee and table. There are port and starboard access doors and very good forward visibility from the helm.
Accommodations include a forward master stateroom with a queen pedestal bed, plenty of storage and a wash basin. The guest cabin is to port – sleeps two in over/under bunks with the head across to starboard with a separate shower stall.
The engines were replaced with two new Perkins in 1998. Twin Disc transmissions, shafts and four new stainless tanks were also installed at that time.
She was hauled the summer of 2014 for new bottom paint. New zincs were installed August 2015 as well as having both 4-blade propellers computer balanced.
